Erin Bland earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Social Work from Asbury College and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, she completed a program at Focus on the Family Leadership Institute which included courses on marriage and family, parenting, apologetics and the church’s role in society.

Erin has extensive experience in the field of adoption, working with birthparents, adoptive families and children, couples experiencing infertility/miscarriages and post-abortive women and men.

Areas of interest/expertise include: grief and loss, depression, anxiety, stress management, pre-marital/marriage counseling, relationship issues, personal growth, women’s issues, teenage issues, life transitions, racial identity, ADHD and anger management.

Erin would consider herself to be “out-doorsy” and loves being in nature. She is athletic and enjoys a variety of sports, especially running marathons. She also spends her time volunteering with her church’s college group and mentoring young women.
